Introduction
As a psychosocial therapist and systemic family coach, I work in an integrative and experiential way.
I look at the whole person: emotions, thoughts, behaviour, the body, and the systems you are part of. These elements are connected and shape both the difficulties you face and the possibilities for change.
My approach is systemic and body-oriented, influenced by Gestalt therapy, family constellations, Buddhist psychology and non-duality. I believe everyone carries inner strength and wisdom, even when this is hidden by stress or old patterns. My role is to help you reconnect with that inner clarity.
I work with methods such as relaxation and imagination exercises to support insight, awareness and practical change. Whether you want to break old patterns, build confidence, manage stress or anxiety, process loss or trauma, or find more emotional balance. We explore together what helps you move forward.

Our team is made up of skilled coaches, therapists, counselors, and specialists each with their own expertise, but all united in one goal: helping you move forward. Whether your process is brief or more long-term, whether your struggle feels mild or overwhelming, we adapt: we listen first, we explore what you need, and we work together in a way that feels right to you.
We offer an integrative approach, combining proven methods like EMDR, hypnotherapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and others tailoring our support to your situation. We aim to offer help that’s accessible: no long waitlists, flexible appointments, and options for reimbursement via supplemental insurance.
Duration of the Trajectory
Each session lasts one hour, and sessions usually take place biweekly in consultation.
The duration of a trajectory is typically between 5 and 15 sessions, depending on the nature of the issue and the progress made.

Fees
Student rate under the age of 23
(Please indicate before your first session that you are a student and would like to make use of the student rate)

- €159 per session | coaching (business, excl. VAT)
For group guidance, a custom quote can be requested.
An invoice will be sent by email after each session. Payments must be made via online bank transfer within one month. Our practice is accredited by the SNRO quality mark, which means that counselling and psychotherapy trajectories are exempt from VAT. You retain the right at all times to choose the number of sessions that you personally feel you need.
