Introduction
It is not unusual for us to be concerned about our emotional and psychological well-being, connections with others, or relationships with ourselves. Perhaps you are battling difficulties and need to express a problem or concern to someone who is not a friend or family member; you might simply need to be heard.
I believe that through a supported exploration of your concerns, you can find relief from psychological and emotional suffering, regain control, and find a sense of clarity and peacefulness.
Modern culture is about embracing the qualities that make us different and enable us to perceive the world in our unique ways.
I hold strongly, that our backgrounds, cultures, religions, and other factors play a role in the way we see the world and the way certain circumstances and events affect our emotions and behaviors.
The cultural awareness framework provides the context of my therapeutic works. It is simply a mindset and style that includes creating an understanding of how a client's racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic factors interact to better assist my clients to feel heard and respected.
During my multicultural therapy sessions, the client is viewed both as an individual and as a member of a group with specific attitudes and beliefs.

My therapy specialisations are person-centered (PCT), Gestalt (GT), and acceptance-commitment (ACT). With further training and supervision, I then moved into using an Integrative Counselling approach with further specialization in multicultural counselling (anxiety, depression, relationship issues, mediation, racial and cultural trauma, and identity).
