Do you end up using the same disfunctional paterns over and over again? Are negative feelings popping up all the time? Then you are more then welcome in my practice. I practice IFS, EMDR and CBT, but also use body focussing techniques stemming from, for example, mindfulness and yoga.

I specialise in "addiction" (substance abuse, gambling, unhealthy phone/social media use), bulimia (binge eating) and AD(H)D. I also work with any combination of these, and with underlying issues such as depression, mood swings, anxiety, negative self-image, relationship problems, communication and much more.
